Tyler Shelton views his role in assisting buyers and sellers as more than a career. To him, it also is a responsibility and an opportunity to make a positive impact on others’ lives. Home buyers and sellers have their money on the line and Tyler does not take that lightly.
He makes sure that his clients have all the pertinent facts, understand the process along with the paperwork, and that they know their options. No one likes surprises during a real estate transaction. Tyler ensures that his clients know what to expect during each step of the process. Tyler is known for his easy-going, friendly attitude, his cooperative nature and his jovial spirit. But when his clients’ interests are at stake, his intense loyalty, tenacity, negotiating skills and problem-solving abilities come to the forefront.
With almost 15 years of local real estate experience, Tyler has settled into a job that he loves and that is more rewarding than he ever could have imagined. Things have come full circle him. Tyler has always had a passion for real estate. While he was in college studying architecture, he worked for a company designing and selling new homes. Tyler went on to get his business degree in marketing and later obtained his Class A builder’s license.
Tyler’s background has not only honed his real estate skills but taught him the skills necessary to be the calm in the storm and to maintain the positive outlook that leads to successful problem solving. His experience and knowledge encompass all facets of the industry. Tyler utilizes his background in design and knowledge about construction to help his clients realize the full potential each home has to offer.
